With more than 30 years of experience in mental health, homeless services, and nonprofit leadership, I have devoted my career to reimagining and transforming service delivery systems that support our most vulnerable populations. My expertise spans clinical service management, program innovation, strategic planning, financial stewardship, and legislative advocacy—each focused on expanding equitable access to quality mental health care, stable housing, and comprehensive support services.

In my role as Chief Programs Officer at Mental Health Association Oklahoma (MHAOK), I lead a robust portfolio of mental health and housing initiatives that serve individuals experiencing serious mental illness, homelessness, and other forms of marginalization. My leadership has been pivotal in advancing evidence-based recovery programs, implementing cost-effective housing models, and fostering cross-sector partnerships that decrease reliance on emergency response systems and promote long-term stability and well-being for those we serve.
